Sometimes, size does matter. These extra small Nano Barbells are perfect for helix and tragus piercings, but will work great on other places where an extra small diameter is needed. The Nano Barbells are made of surgical steel and feature a fixed, small disc set with a sparkly crystal at the front of each barbell. The 2,5mm ball at the end of the Nano Barbells unscrews for easy insertion. Suitable for 0,8 mm piercings and available in different colors!
