Received the wrong jewelry? Damaged delivery?
Sometimes, on real rare occasions (thankfully) it might happen we send out the wrong product. Or sometimes things get a bit bumpy during the postal transfer, and your package (and contents) end up damaged. We really dislike when that happens, so please send an email to [email protected] and please hold your return shipment until we give you the okay for it. We will try our very best to settle the issue as soon as we can!
Returns & refunds
If, for some reason, you are totally unhappy with the items you ordered, you can always return them to us within 30 days.
Due to hygienic reasons, we can only accept jewelry that is still in an intact and completely sealed packaging.
We hope you do understand that this is for your own benefit as well. This way we can always ensure that you receive a brand new, fresh set of jewelry that hasn't been tried on by someone else.
Sometimes, things break. For no particular reason. And we know that nobody likes it when that happens. Should your item break, crack, chip or in any other way falter simply return it to us by using the warranty form that is included with every order you receive from us. The full warranty/return form is printed on the back of the included leaflet. After we recieve your return, we'll get in touch as soon as possible to settle the matter as quick as we can.
